Refunds: No refund is possible
if your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours
in advance. No refunds on gift certificates.
No Show Policy: Please be considerate
of others. First time excused, second time - you
pay for missed services ... third time you must
pre-pay all services. If you are a No Show on a
gift certificate, you lose your gift certificate.
Children: In order to make
yours and other clients' Serenity experience as
relaxing and enjoyable as possible, we ask you to
make arrangements for your children.
Suggestions: As our client,
your input is invaluable. Please feel free to share
your thoughts or comments with one of our fully
trained staff.
